Logos, Print & Ad Creatives

Logos, visiting cards, flyers, invitation cards, banners and ad creatives, built as one reusable kit rather than a folder of unrelated files. Your team gets locked templates it can edit without breaking the brand.

Overview

Most small businesses end up with a logo, a few Canva posts, and no way to make the next asset look like the last one. We fix that at the system level: one set of brand rules — colour values, type scale, logo clear space, layout grids — then templates built on top for the formats you actually publish, from Meta ad frames to 300 gsm visiting cards. Print artwork goes out press-ready in the file types your printer asks for, and the social templates stay editable by your own staff.

Templates, not one-off files

Locked Canva and Figma templates let your team produce the next fifty assets without the brand drifting.

Press-ready print artwork

CMYK, correct bleed, 300 DPI images and CorelDRAW files in the format your local printer actually asks for.

Creative built for the feed

Ad and UGC-style assets cut to each platform's safe zones, legible on mute, and readable as a WhatsApp thumbnail.

What you get

  • Vector logo files that scale from favicon to hoarding
  • Locked templates your own staff can edit safely
  • Press-ready files your printer can run without rework
  • Ad creatives sized per placement, not one square resized
  • Odia and Hindi layouts set in proper Unicode fonts
  • Source files handed over, so nothing gets rebuilt twice

Frequently asked questions

What do I actually get at the end of a graphic design project?

A brand kit plus editable templates. That means logo files in vector and raster (SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG), your exact colour values in HEX, RGB and CMYK, named fonts with fallbacks, and templates for the formats you publish most: social posts, ad frames, flyers, visiting cards. Then the source files. Those source files matter more than people expect. Without the .ai, .cdr or Figma file, you pay someone to rebuild the artwork from scratch every time a phone number or an offer changes.

Do you design invitation cards and print material, or only digital assets?

Both. Invitation cards, wedding and puja cards, inauguration boards, flex banners, standees, brochures, visiting cards and A4 flyers all go out as press-ready artwork: CMYK, correct bleed and crop marks, images at 300 DPI, text outlined. We supply CorelDRAW files when your printer asks for CDR, which in Odisha many still do. Sending an RGB screenshot to a press is the most common reason a printed piece comes back looking dull and muddy compared to what you approved on screen.

Can we edit the designs ourselves afterwards?

Yes, and that is the whole point of building templates. We set up your recurring formats in Canva or Figma with the brand elements locked — logo position, colours, type styles — and the text and image slots left open. Your staff swaps the offer, the photo and the date. The layout cannot drift. We also run a short handover session so whoever manages your social accounts knows which fields are safe to touch and which are locked for a reason.

Do you work in Odia and Hindi?

Yes, and the font choice is where most bilingual work goes wrong. A lot of local artwork still uses legacy non-Unicode Odia fonts, so the text turns to garbage the moment the file opens on another machine or gets pasted into a caption. We build in Unicode faces like Noto Sans Oriya and Devanagari instead. Mixed-script layouts also need their own line-height and size settings — Odia set at the same point size as English usually reads smaller than it should.

How much does graphic design cost?

Every engagement is quoted custom, because a single flyer and a full identity system are not the same job. What drives the number is scope and rounds: how many assets, how many languages, whether print production is included, and how many revision cycles you want built in. We scope before quoting. For context, identity work in the Indian market spans a very wide band, from freelance logo gigs at a few thousand rupees through to systems in the low lakhs. The cheap end usually costs more later, when there is no source file and no template to reuse.

Should we redesign our logo first?

Usually not first. If the logo is merely dated rather than actively confusing, the assets touching buyers every week will move more revenue than a new mark: ad creatives, Google Business Profile photos, WhatsApp catalogue images, your IndiaMART listing. Fix those, then revisit the logo. The exception is a logo that fails technically — raster-only with no vector source, unreadable at favicon size, or with no version that holds up on a dark background. That has to be rebuilt regardless of priorities.
