A marketing or brochure site usually takes three to five weeks of design work: discovery and wireframes first, then visual direction, then screen-by-screen design with two rounds of revisions. Products with logged-in areas, dashboards and a full component library run six to ten weeks, because there are more states and edge cases to draw. Content readiness on your side is the most common reason timelines slip.

Yes. Design and build are separate stages, so you can take design only and hand the files to your own developers. A design-only engagement ends with annotated desktop, tablet and mobile screens, empty and error states, a reusable component library, design tokens for colour, type and spacing, and responsive specs. We stay available during implementation to review the build against the design.

Yes, when the redesign is planned around your current search performance instead of after it. Before design starts we map existing URLs, top-performing pages and their content depth, then preserve that URL structure, heading hierarchy and internal linking in the new layout, with one-to-one 301 redirects wherever a URL has to change. Rankings can still move, so we monitor the first few weeks post-launch.

Yes. We design to the platform you already run — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or a custom Next.js front end — so components match what that system can actually render instead of forcing a rebuild. If you are on a page builder, we work within its layout and block constraints. Existing forms, payment gateways and WhatsApp or CRM enquiry flows are designed back in.

You own everything: source design files, the component library and the live site, all handed over inside accounts registered in your name, not ours. A post-launch fix window for design and cross-browser issues is included in the engagement. After that, most clients move to a light monthly retainer covering new pages, campaign landing pages and seasonal updates.
