Convertrix is a software and AI-led marketing company based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We build the systems businesses operate on, then run the campaigns that fill them — for MSMEs finding their footing online through to enterprises and government bodies modernising at scale.

OUR MISSION
Four commitments we actually operate on.
AI Mission India
India writes a large share of the world's software and owns almost none of the platforms it runs on. We build AI systems here, for problems here, rather than waiting for tools designed elsewhere to be adapted to an Indian context.
MSME Growth
MSMEs employ a majority of India's workforce and run on paper, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp. The gap between what enterprise software costs and what a mid-size business can spend is where most of them are stuck. Productised systems close that gap.
Digital Kickstart
For most businesses the first digital step is the hardest — a website that converts, a Google listing that appears in local search, tracking that shows where leads come from. Get that foundation right and everything after it compounds.
Revenue, Not Vanity
Impressions, likes, and traffic are inputs. We report on pipeline and revenue, because a campaign that wins awards and loses money is a failure with good design.

From a village in Mayurbhanj to India's AI mission.
The village
Belposi, Jamda — Mayurbhanj
Ansuman Das grew up in Belposi, a village in Jamda block of Mayurbhanj district, Odisha. Not the kind of place that produces software companies, which is precisely the point: the aspiration that drives Convertrix is not abstract, it is the experience of watching capable people held back by a lack of access to tools and markets.
The move
Bhubaneswar
Moving to Bhubaneswar was a deliberate decision to work inside India's software and AI market rather than adjacent to it — to build for the aspirational class actually driving the country's growth, from Tier-2 and Tier-3 businesses through to enterprise and government.

Convertrix
Two engines under one roof: custom software and productised business systems on one side, AI-led performance marketing on the other. Most agencies do one and outsource the other. Running both is what lets us be accountable for the outcome instead of the deliverable.

Aetheron Solutions
Ansuman also founded Aetheron Solutions, focused on advanced AI systems for enterprise, government, and defence. Where Convertrix serves businesses growing in the digital economy, Aetheron works on the harder frontier: sovereign AI infrastructure and agentic engineering systems.

Client work funds the company. These are the reasons it exists.
Sovereign technology
A long-term programme to build India's own social platform, operating system, browser, and AI assistant. Digital sovereignty is not a slogan — a country that depends entirely on foreign platforms for communication, computation, and now cognition has outsourced something it cannot get back.
Agentic engineering
A harness of coding agents that runs the full software development cycle rather than autocompleting inside it. The aim is a Stockfish moment for software engineering: not a tool that suggests, but a system that reasons about a codebase end to end — so that founders and builders ship solutions faster than problems appear.
The frontier AI work runs through Aetheron Solutions, a separate company focused on advanced AI for enterprise, government, and defence.
