Most mobile app projects run six to sixteen weeks from kickoff to store listing, depending on scope. Expect roughly two to three weeks for discovery and UI design, the bulk of the schedule for development in two-week sprints, then a testing pass on real devices before submission. Apple's review adds a few days on top, and Play Store review is usually faster. We ship a working build to your phone every sprint, so you are not waiting until the end to see it.

For most business apps we recommend cross-platform: one Flutter or React Native codebase shipping to both Android and iOS. You get near-native performance, a single team, and one update cycle instead of two. Fully native Kotlin or Swift earns its extra cost when the app leans hard on camera, Bluetooth, background location, or on-device processing. You own all of it: source code, design files, and the app listing itself. We publish under your own Google Play Console and Apple Developer accounts, so reviews, ratings, and any in-app revenue stay in your name even if you change vendors later. Repository access and documentation are handed over at delivery. After launch we offer a maintenance retainer covering OS updates, crash fixes, and the store compliance changes Android and iOS both push at least once a year.
