Online Reputation Management Built on Genuine Reviews
ConvertriX helps businesses earn more genuine reviews on Google Business Profile, respond to every review professionally, and fix the profile details buyers check before they call. We set up simple review requests for real customers, monitor what is being said, and flag policy-breaking reviews to Google. We never post fake or paid reviews.
Overview
About our online reputation management service
For most local and regional businesses, reputation now lives on the Google Business Profile. It is the panel buyers see when they search your name, and the star rating, review count and how recently people reviewed you all shape whether they call you or the next result. Review count and freshness also feed into how Google ranks businesses in the local map pack. Yet most businesses collect reviews by accident, reply to a few of them months later, and have an outdated phone number or opening hours sitting on the profile.
Our approach is to make asking for reviews a routine part of how you serve customers. We set up a short review link and QR code, write WhatsApp, SMS and email request messages, and time them for the moment the customer is most satisfied, such as after delivery or at the end of a successful appointment. Every customer is asked, not only the ones you expect to be happy, because selectively soliciting positive reviews is itself against Google's rules.
We are firm on one point. ConvertriX never writes, buys or posts fake reviews, never pays or rewards customers in exchange for reviews, and never uses review exchange networks. Google's policy prohibits fake and incentivised reviews and can remove them, restrict new reviews or suspend the profile. India's consumer protection framework also treats fake reviews as misleading to consumers, and BIS has published a standard, IS 19000:2022, on how online reviews should be collected and published. Negative reviews are handled with a calm public reply and, where a review genuinely breaks Google's content policy, a documented removal request.

Pricing
How this is priced
Reputation management is quoted per engagement. Cost depends on how many locations and profiles you have, the volume of reviews coming in, the response turnaround you need, how much profile clean-up is required, and whether monitoring covers sites beyond Google. Businesses with an active complaint or a sudden wave of negative reviews need more hands-on work at the start. After a call to understand your situation, we send a written quote with a defined monthly scope.

Online Reputation Management: common questions
Can you remove negative Google reviews?
Only when a review actually breaks Google's policy, and nobody can promise removal. Google may remove reviews that are spam, off-topic, abusive, posted by competitors or from people who were never customers. We flag those with evidence. Honest negative reviews stay, so the better response is a calm, specific public reply and fixing the cause, which future buyers notice.
Do you post fake or paid reviews?
No, never. Fake reviews, paid reviews and reviews offered in exchange for discounts or gifts break Google's policy and can get reviews removed or the profile restricted. India's consumer protection rules also treat fake reviews as misleading to buyers. Every review we help you earn comes from a real customer, asked through a simple, honest request.
How do we get more Google reviews without breaking the rules?
Ask every customer, at the right moment, with a one-tap link. Most satisfied customers will leave a review if asking is easy and well timed. We set up a short review link, QR codes at your counter, and WhatsApp or SMS messages sent after delivery or service. You cannot offer rewards for reviews or only ask customers you expect to be happy.
How quickly should we reply to reviews?
Within a day or two is a sensible target, especially for negative reviews. A prompt reply shows prospects the business is attentive and gives an unhappy customer a route to resolve the issue privately. Replies should be specific to what the customer said, not a copied thank-you line, and should never reveal personal details or argue publicly.
