Branding and Logo Design That Your Team Can Actually Use
ConvertriX designs logos and brand identities for businesses that need to look credible and consistent everywhere they appear. We start with positioning, design a vector logo that works at every size, then build the colour, type and layout system around it, with brand guidelines and editable templates your own team can use without the brand drifting.
Overview
About our branding & logo design service
A logo on its own is not a brand. What buyers notice is consistency: the same colours, typefaces, tone and layout on your website, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp catalogue, signage, invoices and ads. Most growing businesses have a logo made quickly at launch, a few social posts in different styles, and no rules for the next designer or staff member to follow. Our branding work fixes that by treating the logo as one part of a system that has to hold together across every format you publish in.
We begin with a short strategy phase. That covers who you sell to, which competitors buyers compare you with, what you want to be known for, and what the name and visual identity must communicate in a few seconds. From there we sketch and develop logo concepts in Adobe Illustrator, testing each one in black and white, at favicon size, on dark backgrounds and on real mockups such as a shopfront, a visiting card and a mobile screen. Concepts that only work large and in full colour are dropped early.
Once a direction is approved, we build the rest of the identity: primary and secondary colours with HEX, RGB and CMYK values, a type pairing with web-safe fallbacks, icon and imagery style, and layout rules. All of it goes into brand guidelines written for the people who will use them. We also set up locked templates in Canva or Figma for the formats you produce most often, and supply press-ready files for printers. For bilingual brands, we set Odia and Hindi text in proper Unicode fonts so it renders correctly everywhere.

Pricing
How this is priced
Branding is quoted per project because a logo refresh and a full identity are very different jobs. Cost depends on the depth of the strategy phase, the number of logo concepts and revision rounds, how many applications and templates are included, whether print items and signage artwork are needed, and how many languages the brand must work in. After a call to understand your business and timeline, we send a written quote that lists each deliverable.

Branding & Logo Design: common questions
What files will I receive with my logo?
You receive the full logo suite in vector and raster formats: SVG, EPS and PDF for scaling and print, and PNG with transparent backgrounds for everyday use. Every variant is included, such as horizontal, stacked, icon-only, single-colour and reversed. You also get the editable source files, so any future designer or printer can work from the original rather than rebuilding it.
How long does a branding project take?
A logo-only project usually takes a few weeks, while a full identity with guidelines and templates takes longer. The timeline depends less on design time and more on decisions: how quickly feedback comes back and how many revision rounds are needed. We share a schedule with review dates at the start so you know when each stage will be ready to approve.
Do we own the logo once it is finished?
Yes. On final payment, ownership of the approved logo and the brand assets created for you transfers to your business, and all source files are handed over. We check concepts against obvious existing marks during design, but we recommend a trademark search and registration through a qualified attorney before you invest heavily in signage or packaging.
Should we refresh our existing logo or start from scratch?
A refresh is usually the better choice if customers already recognise your logo. Modernising the shape, colours and type while keeping the core idea protects the recognition you have built. Starting over makes sense when the logo is confusing, looks like a competitor, has no vector source, or no longer fits what the business sells. We assess this during discovery before recommending either path.
