Privacy Policy

ConvertriX ("we", "us") is based at Cosmopolis Rd, Dumduma, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, 751019, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, our forms and WhatsApp, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to business@convertrix.in.

When you fill in a form or the WhatsApp call-back option, we collect what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and your message, along with the page you sent it from.

When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We see your number, profile name and the messages you send.

If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel collect device, browser and usage data such as pages viewed, using cookies or similar identifiers.

We use enquiry data only to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver work you ask for. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages and campaigns work. We do not sell personal data.

We use a small number of processors to run the site: our hosting provider, an email delivery service that forwards form submissions to our inbox, and, where enabled, Google and Meta for analytics. Each processes data only to provide that service to us.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by tax or accounting law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email business@convertrix.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
