Video and Creative Production Built for Vertical Screens
ConvertriX produces Reels, short-form ad creatives, product videos and explainers designed to be watched on a phone. Every piece is scripted around a clear hook, shot or animated in vertical 9:16 first, captioned for silent viewing, and cut into the sizes each platform needs, so one shoot supplies weeks of social posts and ad variations.
Overview
About our video & creative production service
Most of the video your buyers watch is on a phone, held upright, often with the sound off. Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and WhatsApp Status are all vertical-first, and ads on Meta and YouTube increasingly run in the same format. Yet many businesses still shoot a horizontal brand film and crop it later, losing faces, product shots and on-screen text in the process. We plan every project the other way round: compose for 9:16 first, keep key text inside each platform's safe zone, then adapt to 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 where a placement needs it.
Good short video is decided before the camera rolls. The first two or three seconds determine whether someone keeps watching, so every script starts with a hook built around a buyer problem, a visible result or a surprising detail. We write scripts and shot lists, plan B-roll, and decide which lines need on-screen captions. For ad creative, we plan several hooks and calls to action from a single shoot, so your media team can test variations without booking another production day.
Production is matched to purpose. Product videos and explainers may use studio shoots, screen recordings or motion graphics, while Reels and UGC-style ads often work better shot simply on a phone with natural lighting and real people from your business. Editing happens in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut depending on the format, with burned-in captions, licensed music and brand-consistent titles. Where your audience prefers it, we produce Hindi, Odia or Hinglish versions with properly set regional-language captions.

Pricing
How this is priced
Video and creative production is quoted per project or as a monthly content package. Cost depends on the number and length of videos, whether shoots need a studio, location, actors or models, the amount of motion graphics and animation, how many ad variations and language versions are needed, and the revision rounds included. Music licensing and talent fees are listed separately. After a call to understand your goals and platforms, we send a written quote.

Video & Creative Production: common questions
Why do you shoot vertical video first?
Because that is how most people watch on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and WhatsApp Status. Vertical 9:16 video fills the phone screen, which tends to hold attention better than a small horizontal frame. Shooting vertical first also keeps faces, products and text properly framed. We then adapt to 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9 for placements that need it, rather than cropping a wide film.
How many videos can you make from one shoot?
Usually far more than one. With a planned shot list and B-roll, a single production day can supply several Reels, multiple ad variations with different hooks, and short clips for Stories and WhatsApp Status. The exact number depends on how many topics, products and locations are covered, which we plan with you in the scripting stage so nothing has to be reshot.
Do we need professional equipment or can videos be shot on a phone?
Many effective Reels and UGC-style ads are shot on a modern phone. For social content, authentic footage of real people and products often performs as well as polished production. Product videos, brand films and explainers usually benefit from proper lighting, audio and motion graphics. We recommend the right level of production for each format so you are not overspending where it adds nothing.
Do you add captions and regional languages?
Yes, captions are included on every video by default. Many people watch with the sound off, so on-screen text carries the message whether or not audio is playing. Where your buyers respond better to Hindi, Odia or Hinglish, we produce separate language versions with correctly rendered captions, rather than relying on automatic translations that often get regional words wrong.
