These terms cover your use of this website. Paid work for clients is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms wherever they differ.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it is general information, not a binding offer. Timelines, features and pricing approaches described here are indicative; the scope and price of any project are set in its written quote.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing and any agreed advance is paid. Ownership of code, designs and content passes to the client as set out in the agreement, usually on final payment.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, app store fees, paid plugins, WhatsApp conversation charges and ad spend on Google or Meta are paid by the client to those providers unless the agreement says otherwise.

Search rankings, ad performance and AI search visibility depend on factors outside anyone's control, including platform algorithms and competition. We commit to the work described in the agreement and to honest reporting, not to a specific ranking or result.

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping that burdens it, no attempts to break its security, and no submitting forms with someone else's details.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha having jurisdiction. Questions: business@convertrix.in.
