Email and WhatsApp Marketing Built on Opt-In and Deliverability
ConvertriX runs email and WhatsApp marketing for businesses that want repeat sales from customers they already have. We build opt-in lists, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC so email lands in the inbox, get WhatsApp templates approved by Meta, and segment your audience so each message reaches the people it is actually relevant to.
Overview
About our email & whatsapp marketing service
Email and WhatsApp are the two channels where you own the audience rather than renting it from an ad platform. They are also the two channels most often wrecked by shortcuts. Blasting a purchased list, sending the same offer to everyone, or launching from a domain with no authentication gets messages filtered into spam or reported as junk. Once your sender reputation or WhatsApp quality rating drops, even the messages your real customers want stop arriving. Our work starts with the plumbing so that every campaign after it has a chance to land.
On email, that means configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain, using a separate sending subdomain where volume justifies it, and warming up new senders gradually. Gmail and Yahoo now require authentication and an easy unsubscribe for bulk senders, so this is no longer optional. On WhatsApp, it means running through the official WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's Cloud API or a provider such as WATI or Interakt, with a verified business, documented opt-in, and templates written so utility messages like order updates are kept separate from marketing ones.
With the foundation in place, the work becomes about relevance. We segment contacts by what they bought, when they last engaged, their city and their stage in the buying cycle, then build automated journeys: a welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, renewal nudges and win-back messages. Broadcast campaigns go to the segments that will care, not the whole list. Reporting ties opens, clicks and replies back to orders or enquiries, so you can see which messages earn their place.

Pricing
How this is priced
Email and WhatsApp marketing is quoted per engagement because setup and ongoing work vary widely. Cost depends on how much foundation work your domain and lists need, the number of automated journeys, campaign frequency, how many templates and languages are involved, and integration with your store or CRM. Platform subscriptions and Meta's per-message charges are separate and billed to your account. After a call we model expected volume and send a written quote.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing: common questions
Can we send WhatsApp messages to a contact list we bought?
No. WhatsApp requires that every contact has opted in to receive messages from your business, and purchased lists produce high block and report rates. That drops your quality rating and can lead Meta to limit or disable your number. We build lists from real opt-in sources such as click-to-WhatsApp ads, website widgets, checkout consent and QR codes at your counter.
Why are our emails going to spam?
The most common reason is missing or broken authentication. Without correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, Gmail and other providers cannot confirm the mail really came from you. Other causes include sending to old or unverified addresses, sudden volume spikes, and content that looks like bulk promotion. We fix the records first, clean the list, then rebuild sending reputation gradually.
Should we use email or WhatsApp for marketing?
Usually both, for different jobs. WhatsApp gets read quickly and suits order updates, reminders and short offers for Indian customers, but each marketing message has a per-message cost and is easy to block. Email is cheaper per send and better for longer content, newsletters and B2B buyers. We map which messages belong on which channel during the audit.
Which platform do you use for WhatsApp marketing?
It depends on your volume, team size and existing tools. Meta's Cloud API directly suits businesses with developers who want full control, while providers such as WATI or Interakt add a shared inbox, broadcast tools and simpler automation. All of them run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. We avoid unofficial bulk-sending tools because they put your number at risk.
